Hi, I'm Nick Jury
I’ve been a Personal Trainer at AUT North Shore since May 2004.
In that time I’ve been really lucky to work with fantastic clients and help them to set and reach some amazing health and fitness goals.
I’d love to work with you too, but first let me tell you a bit about who I am and how I can help.
Who I am and what I do
I have a Bachelor of Science from the University of Auckland where my major was Sport and Exercise Science. My first jobs in the fitness
industry were consulting and sports management before I moved into gym training and personal training.
I reckon it’s important for a personal trainer to practice what they preach, so I train hard myself at the gym. I’ve also competed in
strongman competitions, which was a challenge I really enjoyed.
How I can help you
My personal interest is strength training and my skills and experience will help you achieve your goals – whether that’s making the
commitment to go to the gym twice a week, or training for an Ironman event. I also love working with clients who are undergoing rehab.
I believe that hard work can be fun. Don’t let that scare you! If you’re prepared to make changes in your life, I’m with you 100%.
